Getting Ready for the New Year

Hello, Everyone.  I hope you had a great Christmas.  Even though we are still celebrating what is for some the fifth of the Twelve Days of Christmas (“Five Golden Rings” in case you’re thinking about the song), if you are like me, you are already making plans for the New Year.

I’m sure it is no secret to any of you who read my blog that I am fully engaged with ideas for my Carnegie Hall solo recital debut on Sunday, May 3, 2026, and I am left with very few thoughts that are not related to what will be the most important event of my professional life so far.

In the coming days and weeks I will be sharing a lot of information about everything related to this recital, and will fill you in on things like what I have decided to perform, the gown (or maybe even gowns!) I have decided to wear, and as many of the plans I can discuss that will give you the best picture I can of all the details that are related to this event.  Consider it a “behind the scenes look” at all of my preparations.
